I stopped into the store this am for a latte and I had one of the store coupons from the paper. Unfortunately, the coupon was for buy one get on free coffee, and I wanted the latte instead. I had hoped it wouldn't have been a big deal to swap latte for coffee, but it couldn't be done. I'm not sure what the difference would have been in price, but I stop into that store at least 3-4 times a week, so my money is being spent there. I think it would have been good business to allow the swap, since I decided to not buy anything, the store lost out on any sale at all.
