Great food, good prices, good portion sizes. Friendly staff. Kid friendly.
On a road trip to Lake George and we stopped for lunch. Was a little worried when we first arrived (with the looks outside) but the great service and the fresh, tasty food made up for it. Had the Black n Blue burger...yum!
Reasonably priced, down home cooking. This little eating place is clean, tidy and has a country diner like feel to it. Very friendly, with very nice helpful and fast waitresses. The food is steps above a diner. The meals are imaginative and so good. I have been there when they served alligator! They also serve wraps for people with healthy intentions, and unbelievable burgers with mash potato and onion rings on them for the unhealthy intentions. You can feed a family of 4 for under $35.00. Never had a bad meal. Every night they have a different special on the board like fish fry and prime rib. The pizza is not overly salted like so many others, so people on sodium restricted diets will appreciate this. They also offer homemade desserts, but get there early because they close at 8pm, even on weekends. Only one weird drawback is the advertising mugs you drink from. The main advertisement is the local septic tank cleaner and he is even featured on the mat. Gramma's is the diamond in the redneck rough!
The waitress messed up my order and the chef came and apologized and made me a delicious new sandwich which was hot huge and amazing quality
Excellent chef salads.
