Wonderful experience. My husband and I came for our anniversary, he had the strip steak and I had the seafood platter broiled style (both were great, very generous). We followed with dessert, the swiss cake is amazing. The waitress was very friendly but not to the point where it got annoying, very professional. I believe the owner was hostessing, she was very hands on which impressed me. Our drinks came out not 3mins after we ordered them and we had our salads as soon as the waitress took our order. I really enjoyed myself and will definitely be back.
Home of the best Prime Rib I have ever had and they make their own bread (Nicolino I Believe) which is deliciouc. Family atmosphere, but perfect for "date night"
My family and I vacation in the "southern tier" of New York state from here in SE Michigan for the Skiing, Biking, Snowmobiling and all around beautiful countryside. In our 20+ years of doing so we've ate at a lot of restuarants there. By FAR the best out of the way find is the Nic-L-Inn. The prime rib is fantastic, my wife raves about the fish and seafood options and the shrimp scampi is "off the hook". Take it from a flatlander who loves to eat. If your ever in SW New York, DO NOT miss an opportunity to enjoy this beautiful spot. Its way off the beaten path but well worth the effort. These folks have turned a little log cabin with a stone fireplace into heaven on earth with a fork. Scott Hefflebower

too bad you only have 5 stars as this place deserves 10. Best food service and value in western N.Y.
