I placed an order for delivery with these people, called to cancel less than min later due to us needing to leave-emergency. The person answering the phone, Kaylee, stated that the authorization would be removed w/in 24 hours....NOT! In fact, it stood pending for $27.02 then charged a day later for $32.02 (I had added a $5 tip to the order); they went in and charged my card KNOWING the order had been canceled, and a day later! I will NEVER order from there again!

If you order delivery, expect to wait a long time. 2-3 hours is average for them. Food is very average and the service is awful. Called them up to check on mine and the person on the phone was very hostile. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

I have now ordered food from this place twice, and both times have been awful experiences. The food is mediocre to almost good, the service is awful, and management couldn't care less if you have a bad experience. The first time we ordered take out, we were told that it would be ready in 20 minutes. We waited for a bit, and then drove there. Once we got there, it took over half an hour of additional time for our 3 pizzas to be finished. That's right. If you order pizza, expect the wait to be 45-60 minutes for kind of expensive pizza that is just okay. I'll take the hit in taste and get Little Caesar's from now on. The second time we ordered, we were again told 20 minutes for 2 pizzas. Believing the first time was a fluke, we decided to try again. When we got there 20 minutes after ordering, we paid and then we waited. And waited. And waited. It was again nearly an hour to complete the mediocre food. We were told the delay was due to one being burned, and they weren't lying because they gave it to us anyways. When we got home, one pizza was decently warm, but the other had to be micro-waved. It wasn't the mother of all pizzas worth waiting for, either. When we complained to the manager about the excessive wait, now for the second time, he had three answers, which he repeated over and over: "Yeah", "Sure", "Uh-Huh". There was never even an "I'm sorry" or anything like that. Lastly, the best part is trying to get acknowledged when the waitresses there try to drive up their tips with all of the desperate Fort Drum single soldiers. There's a Pizza Hut near the entrance to Fort Drum. It costs less, tastes better, and comes with less headaches.

I eat at the Last Call weekly, the service is always great and the portions are huge! Not to mention the prices are pretty cheap considering how much food you get. I always go to the karaoke Saturdays
