It pains me to write this review, as Horigan's used to be my favorite Elmira restaurant. I would often eat there several times a week. The food is quite good, but ever since Katie hired her friend Dan as the daytime bartender, I have avoided the place like the plague, and apparently I'm not alone. Speaking with other employees, complaints about this individual are rampant. It is obvious that he hates his job, and never in my experience, did he fail to state how he couldn't wait to get the hell out of there. His bedside manner is nothing short of atrocious. In addition, he has overcharged me on numerous occasions (charging me for a double shot when I didn't order one, and wasn't served one.) I pray for the day that this turd in the punchbowl gets dumped in the garbage where he belongs so that I may resume my patronage of this otherwise fine establishment. Wake up Katie!
Free refills on great coffee, the best Reuben I've had in forever, and at a great price. I found my favorite place to eat out.
One of the best local pubs. Great burgers, wraps and French onion soup. Their Reuben is the best
