Terrible people skills, any time i go down for work to be done or questions about my machines he just blows me off....... always "too busy". horrible people skills. wouldnt recommend this one to anyone.
I have several options to choose from to purchase and service equipment for my 16 acre palace of yard pain. Terry's wins my business and has given me help to make my yard work easier. I am going up to look at some Toro Zero turns and get a free demo. Then I will know what zero turn will do my cutting. Comparing Grasshopper vs Toro at my house. If you are in a hurry this is not for you. If you like honesty and decency then they will be your cup of tea.
I look a small engine of mine to Terry and what a MISERABLE person he is. He is decent at his job, but does not understand the concept of people skills. TERRYBLE!!! Walk away, no run away from this business. Do not make the same mistake I did.
