We were in line with one person in front of us at 10:11am, they were way understaffed, a very unfriendly woman from the back at 10:28am announced that lunch was ready and a tall kid changed the signs. We were not waited on until 10:40am I told them we were in line at 10:11and wanted 6 sausage egg McMuffins and 2 hot apple pies, after some grumbling the lady taking our order checked with the lady that announced lunch and took our order. Our food was ready at 10:55am except there were no apple pies and they offered me strawberry, I wanted apple, that is why I ordered it, I was told it would take 10 minutes to make apple, they could have started them when I ordered and they would have been cold by the time I picked up my order, I finally told him to just put something in my bag as we wanted to leave. The Sausage Egg McMuffins were the worst, the English muffins could have been used for hockey pucks the sausages were like they were on the back of a grill for hours and the eggs were 5 egg whites and 1 scramble none of it was what we ordered. McDonalds should pull the franchise and fire bomb the place as it was the worse McDonalds I have been at in about 12 countries. I would recommend no one ever eats there.

I'm a truck driver, parked in the loves for the night. It's 10 p.m. and this idiotic mcdonalds is CLOSED because "We don't have a cook"! Holy shit!! A 24 hour McDonald's with no cook?!?! There's 3 employees in there! Who the hell can't cook burgers!! Fries?!?! Ding! They're friggin done!! The mentally challenged can cook in a McDonald's!! Evidently these people inside are a few steps short of retarded!!

Never a good experience. The facility is newer but usually dirty, the staff isn't unfriendly, the food is often burnt or otherwise subpar even for a McDonald's. Lowering my rating from three stars to two as I was told that the, "after Midnight 'til 4 a.m." menu is only available until they have prepared breakfast items - so, since it contains breakfast items, is basically never. If you could convince them to make you a quarter pounder, have no doubt it's several hours more stale than average for a McDonald's.

The food here is by far the worst i have ever gotten from a McDonald's. Over cooked to the point that i wouldn't give it to a dog let alone a human.I called and asked for a manager was told that she was the manager and then handed the phone to the other "manager" as seen above I'm not the only dissatisfied costumer(s) something needs to be done as this is a small town and there is not alot of food choices out here in wells NV. Further more they cant even make the food to order correctly it is right on the damn computer learn to read if u cant don't be in a kitchen what a f****** joke . Needless to say i wont be coming back there anytime soon .. I hope to have a restaurant opened here in town soon this experience tonight helped out in that decision.

I've been to this McDonalds many times and this is what I have come to expect: extremely slow service (even the times when I was the only customer), mistaken orders, underdone or overdone food, couldn't order what I wanted because it was out of stock or something was out of service, and finally the employees were either overly apologetic (almost groveling) or seemed not to care at all. I write this mainly as a reminder to myself to stop coming here.
