The new staff is nice, I miss the one guy who allways seemed as if he rolled out of bed. Best service from any starbucks I had ever been, he was totaly unike any barrista I had ever experienced. The drinks were ok. Just like any other location

The service here is extremely slow. The person who appeared to be the manager was so rude to her employees, I felt sorry for the staff. This was also done in front of a lobby full of customers waiting. I doubt if I will come back to this Starbucks based on service alone.
