An organization with ZERO customer service. Lack of training. It's the only damn fast food place in town..at least you can do a good job at it. Mangers there are not managers. They are baby-sitters with no real management experience. Professionalism is non-existent in this organization. Most of their business comes from consumers passing through. The residents of this town know not to go there. How does a business like this survive in a small town? Seems like a huge market loss to me. Corporates main goal is not customer service, but community service. A chance for a small town loser to have hope in maybe being somebody one day. If you are really that hungry choose elsewhere. And if you still decide to eat at the McDonald's in Hawthorne, NV you are more than likely a lazy fat waste of space.
Slow dirty and filled with flies plus they got the order wrong. Worst McDonald's every.
When you're travelling and stuck for a place to eat, sometimes you settle for McDonald's. After all, there are standards of quality control. You could be anywhere, but you expect the same in every McDonald's. This place has disproven my theory. How can they possibly get it this wrong? The food is inedible. Dirty and unkept inside. AMAZINGly bad.
Very dirty, poor service, discusting, im looking for a jack in the box. This place is gross.
