We've been coming to Tim's for years and have always had great experiences. This year was no exception. The food is great, service is fast and efficient.

Definitely overpriced, but that's what you'd expect for a place right at the base of the ski slopes. Their burger with blue cheese and bacon is superb.

Great place....not only is it convenient if you are in the Taos Ski Valley, but the food is terrific...classic New Mexican food, red and green chile options. The staff is super nice...most having been in the area for long time and really enjoy what they are doing...make sure to get get the sopapillos as a nice way to end dinner. Lots of folks choose to order and take out if they are staying in the area...but you can of course eat there too. Two great choices: chicken enchiladas and the Indian tacos...

I suppose the food is fine, but when the a family with small children orders, the wait staff should know the little ones do NOT want chipotle heaped all over their food. We ordered the mildest thing on the menu - salads! - and when it came out bathed in chipotle, we scraped off as much as we could, but our children still could not eat it. We were sitting in clear view of the kitchen! We were not offered an apology and still had to pay for the food our kids could not eat. We've never eaten there again on any of our visits and our kids still talk about how bad that first and only visit was. Really folks - it's a family ski resort with a ski school for kids. Get a clue and have a few family-friendly options on the menu. Or at least put a little thought into how a meal is prepared for small children. It's very doubtful we would ever go back.

Food is decent, location is very convenient - near the ski ticket window. Wait staff is nice, the owner is surprisingly very rude (being in restaurant business). Be prepared to wait for long times during busy days as the kitchen is too small to support the dining area the restaurant has. We waited for more than one hour for our lunch after being seated; when asked about our food, the owners answer was that every one has been waiting for more than an hour - deal with it.
