We stopped here for lunch after finding it on google maps. It turned out to be quite a gem. It is a small restaurant that serves delicious new Mexican food. Food is very flavorful. I had Chile Relleno which was one of the best rellenos I have had. Red Chile sauce is very good and you can taste the flavor of Chile peppers. Every one loved the food they ordered. I would definitely stop here again when I am in the area.
A wonderful oasis for hungry travelers! An authentic New Mexico cafe with a wide selection for your whole family. We had breakfast and all 8 of us were very pleased. Recommend the Huevos Rancheros.
Then this is the place for you. When we travel home from Denver to Dallas, we make sure to go thru Springer so we can give this place some of our hard earned money. LOVE IT! They make great food. They could have the server girly put a little pep in her step, but a great place to pig out nonetheless.
My family of 6 had breakfast here. Absolutely fantastic food and service. Highly recommend.
