Great place! My friends and I were chasing storms in the area a few days ago, and spent a couple nights in Hobbs. Found Undergrounds on our first morning. Good coffee, nice atmosphere, and great pastries! Friendly staff. We returned the next morning before heading out of town. Next time I pass through/stay in Hobbs, this will be my morning coffee stop. Note: Google Maps has this located on the east side of N. Grimes, it is actually directly across the street (on the west side of N. Grimes).

Its great. The coffee and pastries are very good. There is a very great customer service employees and it is quiet to do work in there without being disturbed. I love it. :)
