The food is excellent! Our waitress Dawn was on top of her job. The prices are reasonable for the amount & quality of food you receive. My meal was a fetta cheese n spinach omelet, home fries n rye toast with cinnamon raisin pancakes. Definitely check it out.
Was camping on the beach, walked about a mile and would have walked 10 miles. The staff was quick and personable, and treated us like regulars. The food was as if made by a five star chef. I kept commenting "Amazing." I will definitely be eating here again.
It's my second year in a row in wildwoods I've been to numerous restaurants and I can truly say Key West café is One of the best restaurant I've been in wildwoods...food was great and service was awesome. Looking forward to eat there again next year...highly recommended

I didn't have an issue with the staff friendliness as others have mentioned, but the service (speed) was just OK. Perhaps you can't rush perfection because THE FOOD is awesome. Jesus himself probably couldn't make better stuffed French Toast & their coffee is nice & strong...the way I like my women. Get your day started right with breakfast here!
