We have been past this place many times. My wife and always like to try small mom n pop style places as often they have great food. We finally stopped in for breakfast. We sat ourselves, waited and waited for menu's. We finally got our own. We continued to wait and finally the waitress came over and we ordered our drinks and food. My soda came 10 minutes later (can soda, glass of ice). Food took 20 minutes, wife never got asked if she wanted more coffee or myself wanting another can of soda!. Food was average. But not home cooked like expected. Service was terrible. Waitress Never offered her name, or said good morning,never came back to our table. In fact we had to get up for our own check....other than the humor part, We will not go back.
I just had a great breakfast at the Outpost Cafe. The waitresses were extra friendly, service was timely, and food was terrific...exactly was I like in a quaint dinner. Kudos to Amber and Charlotte for making it enjoyable.
