Biederman's Deli
Reviews
First day singing with the New Hampshire Music Festival on the Plymouth University campus. I stumbled across what can only be described as a local gem. They have all sorts of things to recommend it as a haunt for my time here... WiFi, excellent deli counter (complete with in store made salads and sandwiches to order), Stellar beer selection (both domestic and imported, side note, they have a. "Build your own six pac from singles that I will surely be returning for), A wine selection for all budgets (that eases the San Franciscan in my heart) and a staff was helpful and prompt. The people that flock in and out right at noon could delay a quick lunch but how long are we talking? 10 extra minutes? There is a coffee shop in the same store front that carries all fair trade coffee and bedecked in prayer shawls hanging from their rafters you'd feel right at home if you too were from the pacific northwest, as I am. There is a no frills cafe seating area where you can sit and watch the locals as you peruse their epic beer coolers in the comfort of their air conditioning. I ate the fairly priced lobster roll and the linguini salad, but will be returning for the beer and breakfast sandwiches!
Just polished off a Pub Pile. tasty sandwich on a fresh roll. Friendly staff, quick service, great atmosphere stirred me to write. A welcome break from the routine.
Let's hear it for the Zamboa! I don't usually leave reviews but this place is an exception! My friends and I meet up here all the time for a sandwich and one of the many brews on tap. It's awesome having them next to the University. The staff is always friendly and helpful. As others say, it is a little steep on prices but it's more than worth it. If you are in Plymouth, a stop at Biederman's is worth the trip!
Where to begin. So relaxing in there. Barstaff is awesome, friendly. Decor on the walls is awesome... "Joe Dudek, the thinking man's vote for the heisman trophy" cover of SI is a favorite of mine. The sandwiches are the model for all other sandwiches. Affordable, delicious and filling. Nothing more you can ask for. Great beer selection, awesome promos, I wish they could franchise, they would make millions.
I drive 2 hours out of my way for balboas! Go get one. Toasted. Yea.
