Worst dunkins ever. They never seem to get an order right. Coffee quality is often poor
I have never received anything other than poor service at this Dunkin Donuts. I know it is a fast food chain but I should be able to expect some shred of acceptable customer service. They always burn my bagels and english muffins, they chronically screw up my order, and I have decided it is just not worth it to stop here anymore. I don't know how they are training their staff but it is a model on how not to conduct business. Don't waste your time or money here, the next Dunkin Donuts is only 7 minutes away and the service there is not nearly as slow, surly, or incorrect.
They are terrible! My order is wrong every time, either sandwiches or coffee. I go across the street to the gas station and make my own coffee if I'm in town and need one
I have to agree with others here. Customer service here is lacking. I avoid this DD at all costs.
