Chili's Grill & Bar

I ordered the Caribbean Salad at the to-go window. When I got back to my motel I found the salad did not have mandarin oranges, dried cranberries, cilantro or sesame seeds. So I just paid $10 +tip for lettuce, some shrimp and pineapple. After a long day of travel it was too far and too late to drive back and complain. Of course the receipt didn't show what I had ordered. If they were out of ingredients they could have at least given me the choice to order something different. Probably won't ever go back to a Chilis now, here or anywhere.

The food was alright, nothing out of the ordinary. What stood out was the thickness of the different teas. We ordered both the blackberry and the mango iced teas, both of which seemed like we were drinking syrup. It was a decent experience, although I don't plan on going there again.
They should rename this the Salt Palace. When we arrived I asked for the nutritional listing menu so we could select one of the lower sodium items. The waiter had never heard of this and after asking his manager, they could not find one. (They are suppose to have them on hand) So, I ordered the salmon (thinking it would be low) which was really over cooked and dried out. It was also horribly salty. When I got home I looked up the nutritional info and was shocked to find that most single items far exceeded the recommended sodium amount for the entire day for a healthy person. If you are over 50 or have high blood pressure, don't bother unless you would be happy eating a house salad without dressing!
We went on a bit of a chaotic night, were perhaps forgotten by our waitress. These things happen. The important thing is, the manager noticed, took it upon himself to get our order, and was very professional about the entire situation. While I can't personally return to his restauarant as I live out of state, I would like to tell you that he definitely earns my recommendation and your business with his committment to excellent customer service!
