This is a mixed review because my first time eating in the restaurant the food and service were excellent. However my experience with their Carside To Go service has not been so pleasant. Firstly when I ordered the food they told me it would be ready in 20 mins. This was a tad odd considering that it was during the dinner rush and on a holiday. I showed up and paid at the time they told me it would be ready. They said it would be a few minutes as they were finishing up the drinks. 25 minutes later they came out with the food. After I got home I found that they had shorted me a drink and the amount of fries I got with my full adult meal wouldn't even have been enough to satisfy a child. All the other meals were shorted fries as well. I had 4 orders of fries and they amounted to maybe half of that. The food tasted good but for the money I spent I would never use the Carside To Go service ever again. Overall their food taste was great - 4 stars Dining food quality was great - 4 stars Service for dining inside was good - 4 stars Service for Carside to go was pitiful - 2 stars Food quality for Carside to go was pitiful - 2 stars Overall score for me at this point is average - 3 stars, I do not recommend using the Carside To Go service and just go in to the restaurant to eat and you'll get great food and service.
ordered a basic hamburger unfortunately it was terribly undercooked cold in the center disappointing lack of management the server asked if i wanted a box for the 2 bites i took out of the burger i said no
