Mi Ranchito is my all time favorite Mexican restaurant and I have been craving it all day today and I think about it everyday lol. I like everything about it but I live in North Platte and we don't have a Mi Ranchito here anymore. :( I have a birthday coming up and that is where I will be dining!! It is my one request....to eat at Mi Ranchito. I also want to know how they make their grilled jalapenos.....I have made some before, but it just wasn't the same.
