The food was great! Best I've had in a long time.
The food is typical sonic. The staff make or break this place. After eating here for 10 years, I've come to realize that when they get some good help, the food will be a little better, the service will improve a thousand times what is normal and you will have friendly, correct, and fresh orders delivered promptly to you. When the drones drive off the new help, you get subs...Sub-prime service, sub-stantial frustration over wrong orders, Sub-human zombies going thru the motions. I don't completely blame the staff. I'm sure the owners and managers all play a role in making normal people into sub-human zombies who hate their jobs but need the money bad enough to work there. The despair they feel carries over into the food. In Falls city, Sonic isn't the worst of the fast food. It is more like slow food. But sometimes it gets really really slow. Like maybe one person is working all the stations.
