The pizza they delivered to us was horrible! Two pieces had nothing on them. No sauce,no cheese,and no toppings. It was literally just crust. One piece had 4 strands of cheese,and no toppings(we counted them). It was cold and tough too. I spoke with a manager, who couldn't have cared less-didn't even apologize. We usually spend $30-$40 on every order,plus we tip $3-$5 as well, that's a lot of money to be sent pizzas that looked like that. If Casey's would deliver in this town I think our local Pizza Hut would close down.
I've been living in this town for 6 years now. I have been to this pizza place about 25times. Was a great Pizza hut for the first couple years, since they got new management though the toppings and cheese are scarce, rarely do they get the crust correct, the sauce is thin (On the Pizza and also the Marinara), the size of a large isnt a large anymore and they NEVER get your order correct. It's very disappointing because it was such a great place to eat for so long. Unfortunately the last 5 times or so it's been a horrible experience. Caseys Pizza will cost us more but it is well worth it. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.
Twice now after ordering and hour after waiting we called and were told there was no delivery driver so we had to wait till 7:00 after ordering on 5:15 so they could "remake " it all. Once they didn't bring bread sticks and wanted to wait till they were done and bring an hour after our order was delivered and then didn't want to take them off the order. Food is fair to good but this is not acceptable customer service TWICE
Ordered online, at 9:07. Called to change the order immediately after placing it (the site doubled my order AFTER the confirmation page) and was told they don't deliver after 9.
