Wow! Talk about first class service. Took my family on vacation and decided to take the "Scenic" route on the way to the Badlands. Well luckily I made it to Bassett, town of about 600. My alternator broke and the only Auto Parts store within miles was closed. The lady at the Gas Station was very helpful and had the cell phone number to the owner of the Auto Parts Store, his name is "Jaime". I was able to get in touch with him and he looked up to see if he had the part in stock. Unfortunately an alternator for a 95 Astro Van isn't the most readily available part in the industry, so he didn't have it in stock. He then calls his sister in law which is over 100 miles away to see if she can get the part and she does. In a town of approximately 600 in the Middle of nowhere Nebraska, I was amazed at the kindness and willingness to help others. My family and I spend the night at a nice lodge, he gets the part the next day, opens his Shop on Sunday, which it is normally closed, installs it for me and did it for less than 200$, which included everything! Talk about a man with integrity! Another thing, I have Sprint which has ZERO reception there or anywhere close to there, so he even came over to the lodge, picked me up and got me to my Van. If it wasn't for Jaime and the nice people of Bassett, Nebraska, I might still be stuck in the middle of nowhere.
