ordered a couple mcdoubles and 2 medium fries. the cashier kept talking to the other employee and was kidding around cussing. When we were orderinv he mentioned how bad his acne was to me and my friend. He didnt pay attention to customers and kept jacking around. The manager helped us and the employee still kept screwing around taking his own time with orders. I will not return here again
When I visited this McDonald's during the summer of 2011, I did not like it! When one of the people I was with ordered a salad, the staff took about 10 minutes to prepare it. After we brought it to our table, a living fly came out from under the lettuce and started flying around! I also noticed that food was lying all over the floor behind the counter that no staff member had cleaned up, and the business's dining lounge seemed sort of unclean and unsanitary. In addition, the Aurora McDonald's employees prepared our food without hairnets or gloves! On one positive note, the staff were nice. However, I would definitely stay away from this McDonald's if I ever return to Aurora, NE.
Twice since we have been in town service has been horribly slow. The food took an extremely long time to come. Both trips they resorted to passing out free food vouchers.
Hope you don't ever have to order 2 crispy chickens cause you will be waiting on the side for about 8 mins on the average. People that work there are always super nice but the food orders get messed up all the time...just poorly ran...period.
If you come to aurora never come here they never get you order right. I had a milk shake that tasted nasty and it was yellow worst place to eat in town.
