stopped on my way home while traveling from west coast. it was around 8pm november 28 2014. ordered a bigmac meal. Nobody was at the cash, I had to get an employees attention in order to be served. they were all hanging around the fry cook station dancing and signing. Waited a long time to get the meal, after which i promptly left. once in the car i noticed the fries were cold and stale and the big mac only had one piece of meat and it was cold as well. The staff at this restaurant need to be trained on how to serve and cook mcdonalds food items. Considering how they act and behave, they appear to be high school dropouts, incapable of learning how to properly function as a team in something as simple as a mcdonalds restaurant. the only solution would be their dismissal.
Visit during the day hours only! The crew always has my order ready at the window before I finish paying! I don't even have to stop, just grab and go! Very friendly service and fresh food at this time. The midnight crew is a joke, though. The line is always long, people honking, waiting at least 20 minutes for their limited menu, and then longer for the food to cook. Fast? Hardly. During night hours, they never make fresh food when they're supposed to, giving everyone left over, stale fries.. Disgusting! Always out of something, too, regardless of advertisement- never fails. I would really love to rate higher, but overnight has ruined this establishment for me until further notice. I'll change the review when I don't have to wait 40 minutes for fast food.
Fiz went out of pop machine and it was not fixed for our entire meal. Mcdonalds diet coke is the best reason to go.
there was a really nice manager named Nathan that was very helpful.he made me feel like I was at home. Thank you Nathan!
