Great venue! Was there for Old Southern Moonshine Revival's EP release party. The stage was impressive, staff was very friendly. Cool place!
Had a great time there.. Brett Eldredge came. New lady Cam & her crew were great! Had a blast! Will be there again soon. :-)
Ziggy's in Winston-Salem is a terrible venue. Their staff is unprofessional and ineffectual, they have an exploitative cover charge for under 21s, they start their shows early and without warning, and they will throw you out for anything at all, such a throwing water in the air or crowd surfing. As a side note, the attendees were significantly more immature, inconsiderate, and violent than any show I have ever been to. The mosh pit was reprehensibly ill-constrained and unsafe, made worse by an over-filled venue. Not going back
I love Ziggy's it the best
This is a venue primarily for younger folk. If you don't have good feet or back, go somewhere else. Nothing I can find in their advertising betrays the fact that there is little seating. What seating is available you pay a premium for and gets sold out quickly. Otherwise, it's shoulder to shoulder standing. I wouldn't have been so frustrated about this except their advertising really doesn't reveal this important little fact and their pictures can be deceptive as well. Me and my older rowdy friends will take our bucks out of town for venues with seating.
