The food is typically good, but the service... If part of the hiring process includes one of those personality assessments, then I don't know if those responsible for hiring are reading the assessments correctly or not. I'd assume they are not. Sure, I've had some decent servers there, but to allow just one to continue working there who goes out of their way to make a dining experience anything but enjoyable and relaxing... to me, that's mismanagement and makes me uncomfortable getting my food there. Incompetence in a server is one thing, but purposeful disservice is another and purposeful disservice is what I got. I’ve never experienced anything like it. I won't be back, at least not to this location.
