Amazing waitress (seriously), cool venue, but absolute worst experience with Superbowl half time show ever. Announcer used the F bomb in front of kids, and completely disrespectful of paying patrons, deciding to put on his own show during the halftime show instead of waiting ten minutes for the commercials and our full attention.
I understand the World Cup is going on and I understand the USA is in it but to wait over an hour and a half and STILL no food is ludicrous!! I wasn't the only one that got up and left at my table either. There were two others that left. From what I understnad from others this is a VERY common occurrance and apparently nobody cares. I can't rate the service because there was none. My order was a black hole of knowledge and after asking about it over an hour later all I was told was "the kitchen is backed up". Yea, I figured that one out. I will NEVER go there again.
Best burger I've ever had in Raleigh, I've eaten at loads of places and are/am pretty picky, great cut of meat for a burger, seasoned and cooked just right, I adored it, might even go back for another tonite.
Food is pretty good, nothing to complain about there. The service is bad, our waiter was rude. People complain about waiters a lot, but ours was really unpleasant, telling us things like, "You can talk to my manager," and "You can't just sit here and drink water all night". Probably a bad apple, but it made the evening unpleasant every time he walked by. Plus there are roaches (I killed this bad boy myself)
Very nice place to hang out. Great beer selection. I had the wings, sent then back for just a little bit more char, my preference, no problem, no hassle, came back perfect. Would definitely come back again.
