Awesome! I had my brakes changed here about a week ago. After they changed the brakes, I had to come back due to a weird noise coming from the brakes. They fixed it right up! Usually they drive your car after wards to test the brakes, but I was in a hurry and they didn't get a chance to do that. It ended up being a loose spring, but they fixed it quickly and were super nice the entire time! I will definitely be returning here for all future services!
Great Service and Honest, 90% of the time cheaper than I was quoted on major repairs. Great Staff and best prices on Tires in NC!!!! Always back up their repairs
Byrd's is a great shop and have a great staff! I was visiting from Atlanta and my car was acting up. I had no clue what was wrong with my vehicle but expressed to the Owner my urgency to get the car fixed because I had to return home the next day. He told me I had nothing to worry about and that he would give me a ride to my house until the car was done and then he would come and pick me up. The bill was very fair and the service was a 15/10! Anytime i'm in the area Ill be getting my car checked up her

The first time i had my car serviced at Byrd's my car had popped a flat less than a mile from their location. They towed my car and didnt charge me a dime and dropped me off at my house while they worked on it. They also dropped my car off afterwards they were done and their prices were completely fair and actually pretty cheap in comparison to other shops in the area. I just had to drop my car off with them again for some work and the owner graciously volunteered his personal vehicle for my use to get to work saying that "Don't worry i can get a ride home" I have yet to have a bad experience with this shop and they are very reasonably priced, accomadating, and friendly.
