Nestled in the quaint village of Fearrington, The Goat has a good thing going. Fresh food, coffee, wine, dessert. Visit with the Belted Galloway cows and the belted goats nearby.
This lovely little cafe inside Fearrington Village has a good menu and comfortable atmosphere. The staff was very helpful and the food was delicious. They offer Maple View Ice Cream on site and have a good selection of beverages. Fearrington is home to the Galloway Belted Cows and they also have belted goats. Adorable little spot.
Very cute inside and out! The staff is wonderful. The food was great! I recommend the peanut butter sandwich (with honey and walnuts)!
Great for a quick lunch or a light dinner if you are out in Chatham County.Order at the counter inside and eat out in nice weather. Really good potato salad and sandwiches.Awesome deserts and Maple View ice cream. Have a beer or glass of wine and sit by the fountain outside. The inside seating has been improved lately and is more comfortable.
Located in Fearrington Village, The Goat offers freshly prepared chopped salads, soups, coffee, and sandwiches. The salads are great. There is a second floor wit a great view. Ample seating and WiFi, too. Go for a walk, visit the cows, or the sops when you are done!
