Geneva Riverside Tiki Bar & Grill
Reviews
We only ate at the restaurant. Food was excellent, great service too. Recommended. Don't base your decision before trying it out!
Food was excellent. Unexpected when you look at the very simple menu, not too many options. I thought it was pricey for bar food. Most menu items were about 9 bucks, but gave big portions.. Fried pickles amazing, French fries were big seasoned fries. Ranch dressing tasted homemade. I got western Cuban pork sandwich, it was delicious. Spent 40 bucks with $5 tip two beers soda appetizer and two sandwiches.
If anyone gives this place bad reviews they are crazy. I have never gotten a room, but I can say this place is cool as heck. The Tiki Bar itself reminds me of Florida in my youth (80s and 90s) Biker Bar on the beach type of place. It has some good craft beers from Asheville and $2 light beer. The liquor drinks have been served strong as well. Connected to that is a decent small-medium pool, with a good deep end and shallow area. The highlight of this place is the Rocky Broad River in the back. It has several good deep swimming holes, with large rocks to sit and explore around on. There is also a big rock you can jump off of (6-7 ft). Definitley a good swimming hole comparable to many good WNC spots. I also believe you can access this place by kayak via Lake Lure. Ive seen people park there Kayaks and get some drinks. But yeah, this place sucks dont come here. So I can have it all to myself
