Staff are improving since the management change and employee purge earlier in the year. Ditto on the need for a fly swatter!

The coffee is typical Starbuck's which is pretty good, as are the food items. Staff however has steadily gone downhill since it has opened. Nasty lady at the drive thru in the mornings who acts as if you are the one serving HER coffee. Could do without her attitude.
