I just had Bill's Pizza for the first time. My co-workers raved about it. I can see what they were trying to do with the assortment of specialty pizzas that sounds promising but unfortunately it's sub-par. The crust tastes EXACTLY like a cheap frozen pizza crust that I can get at the local Food Lion and the toppings used were CANNED VEGGIES!!!! I'm not the type of person to review everything. This is only my second online review ever but GOOD LORD this pizza is absolutely horrible!
Food was good in the early 80's, but now, low food standard's now. I don't know what went wrong need to look back and make it the way they used to do it
I've had better. After a typical 15 minute wait our party of 5 was seated at a dimly lit both in the corner. I don't think they were trying to be romantic, just the only light above the table was burnt out. It's Saturday night and maybe it just happened but you think that would have been addressed prior to seating. I visited the restroom and the facilities appeared to have been cleaned recently but the bathroom itself was old with signs of wear and years of filth. After ordering the food came fairly quickly and the orders were mostly correct. The waitress did have to be reminded of the dipping sauce. The food was tasty and good quality. I wouldn't call it special or anything thou. The waitress was a bit slow bringing drink refills. I don't know if that may have been a factor with how busy it was or if that was standard service. Would I go back? If I was with a group that wanted to go I would consider it. If i was alone the answer is no. There are to many other places that are only a short drive that have better food, service, atmosphere & pricing. I hope this review has been helpful.
I drive two hours to come here. Best food ever!
