Horrible. I've been here multiple times and everytime something is wrong with my order. Only one employ does a good job and his name is Erik. I've never had an issue when Erik takes my order and prepares it, but the rest of the staff are useless and when you try to get your order fixed after they've taken it incorrectly or improperly prepared it they give you an attitude. Horrible location. Go to the starbucks just down the road or the dunkin donuts in Belmont. Both are better options than this location.
The service is great and so is the coffee. The wi-fi is the worst. The whole place is a dead zone except behind the counter. What gives?
Good coffee and bagels GREAT team! I usually drive-thru, sometimes walk-in when I have time and don't know what I want without looking, but I love the team at the drive-thru--probably three people handling my order, one who makes my coffee like I like it, one making my sandwich, and one ringing it all up. Then there are the two girls who smile and joke with me. Almost like walking into Cheers bar.
I really hate to write such a review bc I really do LOVE dunkin donuts...however Too many times at this location do i get burnt or old bagles. Its really frustrating bc im very on the go and do not have time to go back to exchange my order once i get to work. I will start looking at my food now before I pull off to try to avoid such a problem. Other then that when the food is not messed up its very good. The people are normally very friendly and the place inside overall seems pretty clean.
