Love Ruby Tuesdays, this was probably the worse in over 20 I've been to. Not BAD, just not good. Ate lunch on a Friday around 1pm. Easy to get a seat, service was a little slow. Salad bar was only fair (out of several items, I know it was 1pm, but still). Music was a little loud, kinda cold inside.
Food and decor were good for a chain restaurant. My waiter gave excellent service. The only complaint I have is that main meal came only 4 minutes after appetizer.
I guess me and Ruby Tuesday don't match i decided to give them one more try. They failed this time i got the grilled bbq chicken green beans and baked potato . Chicken was ok beans were nasty and potato was good but i could not get waitress to bring me any butter . Needless to say i will not be back. Close the doors and open a Chilie's or a Western Sizzling . PS there salad bar needs help to
Employees was really Nice. (It was like they could read my mind) Food is great, but hamburgers are drie, and really big. But this place is kinda expensive.
Very slow at lunch - difficult to make it in and out in an hour. Salad bar is good.
