Went here today to grab a cup of coffee before other businesses opened. Ordered coffee and was told it was self serve, however the entire coffee bar was out of coffee with the exception of decaf. The staff of ~5 people seemed more concerned with joking around with each other and regulars. After alerting them that the coffee was out, we had to stand around for over 10 minutes while they brewed more. If I had not already paid, I would have left. Not a very good impression on this out of town traveler.
Good coffee but I just can't give 4 or 5 stars to a place this chock full of hipsters.
I went to the Columbia Falls Cafe on a dreary day before heading up to the mountains. The friendly all female staff gave me the best service I have ever received at a coffee house. I felt like I could of stayed there all day. Montana Coffee Traders is one of the best domestic blends of black nitro you can get anywhere in the country. I'm planning on a road trip a couple of summers from now to several of the national parks. Let's just say I'll be stopping in for a little bit. Thanks for a great experience!
My daughter loves the lemon blueberry scone. Their coffee is amazing. Their barista operates on Montana time, but this ain't Seattle so what's the rush. We are here every morning when we visit whitefish. We will keep coming back.
Great breakfast could barely eat the whole thing, coffee is great too
