My show, "THE CHIPPER EXPERIENCE! - Where COMEDY & MAGIC COLLIDE!", was in the middle of yet another tour and we were crossing through Montana. We stopped in Superior, and by pure luck noticed Jackie's Home Cookin' located inside a renovated high school. We thought why not try our luck, and we had the BEST TIME! Mike, the owner and cook (along with another cook named Mike!) was hilarious and in no time we felt like one of the locals. All the food we ordered was incredibly delicious, including the homemade french fries! (To die for!) and his homemade bar-b-q sauce which he hopes to start bottling. This is one of those rare TREATS you find along the way during one's travels and we can't wait to go back should we be traveling through Montana again. Highly recommended! Great menu, great variety, great 'Home Cookin'!!! YES! : ) P.S. - Ask him about the miniature train he has hidden away in the one of the (now defunct) school hallways. And if you need a laugh, Mike has plenty of jokes ranging from G to beyond. Again, we had a fantastic time there! : )
Our family visited over Memorial Day and had the best lunch. Homemade fish tacos & the Bread Pudding was amazing. The best I've ever had. Penny Gardner Kennewick, WA
