Worst experience in Montana. After a long drive we stopped short of Billings and got a room at the Big Sky in Roundup, very nice. We were hungry and Big Sky recommended a couple of places to eat but thought the "Grand Bar" fit us. It does not matter but my wife is bound to a wheel chair so it takes a little more effort to get from the car and back, again no biggie. But what pissed me off was sitting at a table for 10 minutes and not getting recognized, going to the bar for 10 minutes and not getting recognized. Finally asked "What do you want" I asked for a couple of waters, and a couple of glasses of wine. I picked up the waters 5 minutes later and never saw the wine. There are 2 girls running the lounge and totally ignored us even after we made our best attempt at self serve. Shame on you Girls for treating my wife that way. Even before I got her loaded back up in the car she was in tears. Your snotty attitude is a black mark on the great state of Montana.
