I write this to be constructive; I really hope that the place can improve and survive. We'd love to see a good Mexican restaurant in the area. Last night's dinner started fine with a super friendly staff, the kind of simple atmosphere I love for a small Mexican restaurant, and excellent salsa. The carne asada burrito had a small amount of good meat, and other tasty filling but was cold. I asked for the burrito with sauce and cheese on top, as suggested by the waiter. Sauce was not good. I scraped it off and used salsa, and ate most of it. My guest had chicken tacos. She ate one, was not impressed, and offered me the other. I could not swallow my first bite of the taco. There was a very "off" flavor that I was afraid would make me sick later. The corn tortilla was like the ones in costco that you buy and are supposed to cook, but these were the look and consistency of the costco tortilla when you pull them out of the package (uncooked). The portions also seemed a little small for the price. if you read this, Please give this place a chance , and add your review. Hopefully we were there on an "unusual" night.
The food was good the service was even better!
