I come here fairly often, foods always mcdonalds and tastes like any other mcdonalds I've ever been to across the country which I have my own favorite menu items. It's a small town mcdonalds so good help is in a limited supply and I have had my share of issues here but I've had the same issues at other places also. Most importantly to me is that most of the time I have good experiences here.
3-2-14 7:15pm Being in customer service I understand the difficulties but what I just experienced was unacceptable. I ordered 2 drinks thats all an iced coffee and a chocolate milk. Ten minutes later one of the young ladies hands me a chocolate shake where I then reminded her of the coffee with no complaint about the mix up of my milk. So i began to wait for another 15 minutes finishing my shake by this time I watched a number of people coming in ordering their meals and leaving within a few minutes. Finally I got irritated commented on the lack of service and left because those kids learning how to brew a damn pot of coffee was obviously not going to happen. So to sum up McDonald's needs to send in corporate fire half those idiots and give those jobs to the people in the world who can handle pressing a picture button definitely saw a few gentlemen living on the street who I am sure can do the job better than those kids.
They have their problems, but so does everyone else. The last time I went they were nice, accurate, and yes it did take them some but the food was fresh and tasted great!
This resturant is awful. They simply can not get an order correct. I do not suggest eating here unless you like paying for something that is not going to be in your bag! Im not sure if it is a training issue, or simply the owners of this location just don't care! STAY AWAY!!! Find another place to eat!
