I've given this Starbucks more than a few chances. The coffee here tastes burnt, so tnight was my last time using my Starbucks App for any of their coffee products.
The service seems to be consistently horrible. Everyone there seems to be in a bad mood and they never smile; and when they do they seem to manufacture any type of smile or visual connection. Why can't my drink taste as good as the way I order it? It's not that difficult.
I am terribly disappoint that Starbucks will not prohibit the carrying of guns into a Starbucks store. I discussed with the local manager Steve, and was told that the local store has to comply with the Starbucks policy, which is not to prohibit guns in the store. I also discussed with the manager from Birmingham, and he said the local store had to comply with the national policy decision on this subject. I called and talked to a customer service representative, and he assured he would forward my opinion. This is stupid (almost as bad as the Mississippi Legislature and Governor) to allow people to carry guns in a restaurant. Other restaurants are prohibiting (Waffle House and others) people carrying guns into a store.
Gun rants aside, this is a good little Starbucks.
