Been here a few times, good experiences, food was correct, food also good, and employees seemed friendly.

I went through the drive thur at Hardees today around 3p.m. there was only one other car in the drive thur and maybe one car in the parking lot. I order my meal in a nice tone the girl taking my order had a bad attitude. I paid at the window recieved my meal drove away then noticed that they gave me the wrong burger. I turned around parked went in to see if they could give me the correct burger. All the workers where sitting in a booth talking and playing on there cell phones. I waited at the front counter for someone to come up and help me. One of the workers finally came to the front she asked what was wrong in a nice tone I told her I had just came through the drive thur and I recieved the wrong burger. She responded by blaming the manger tell another worker what was wrong them discussing who did what wrong an then as I waited for my meal to be corrected in a rude tone she asked What else is wrong?! I told everything else was fine I just got the wrong burger she rolled her eyes and walked away. The manger the walked to the front asked what was wrong I told him I had recieved the wrong burger. He asked one of the girls whats I had order and what I was given and who took the order. She told him don't worry about it you missed it up but where fixing it. He simple replied I have not take an order for that type of burger since I've been here. The girl telling the manger this was the one in fact that took my order I could tell by here voice as she told the manger all of this she contiued to play on her cell phone. I was not told sorry about the mess up or anything of that nature when they finish fixing my burger they simple throw it in a bag tossed it on the counter and looked at me. I grabbed my bag said thank you and walked back to my car where my fiance was waiting when I got the the car I looked to see all the workers sitting in the same booth talking an pointing out to my car. This angred my fiance who while on the way home called the store and talk to the manger he explained what happened at that he found it very rude for them to treat me as they did and that I was almost 9 months pregnant and should not have had to deal with that. While on the phone he could hear all the worker laughing at his complant. The manger told him call the number on the reciept for the district manger that he was new at the store. My fiance told the man thank you and got off the phone he told me to call the number and talk to the district manger. Only there was no number on the reciept. I can say I will never eat at Hardees again the food was not that great my drink was watered down and my fires where soaked with grease and my burger once I recieved the right one looked as if a toddler had put it together the tomatoe was mushy and spoiled the lettece that was on my burger was a big hunk of the hard bottom part you usually through out.... and the staff is rude and they simply do not know what they are doing.
