Since Bamboo House arrived in Willow Springs, and I tasted the Beef Lo Mein, I knew that this was the place for me. The food is not overly sweet like most Chinese places, and anything you order is ready within 5 minutes. Although it is a Chinese restaurant, the owners are from South Korea and offer a few traditional Korean dishes on the menu as well. I would suggest the Bulgogi Beef. It comes on a sizzling platter with some really good rice.
