The food amd atmosphere are great, but the slow service is always annoying enough to remind me why I won't come back for a long time. This is a consistent problem at this restaurant regardless of the staff or manager. However, they are a smoke free place - which is great. I love their baby back ribs and burgers but hate the slow service.
