The absolute worst subway I have ever been to. Tryed the place twice 1st time the orders were not even close to being right. Neither of the sandwiches had sause on them called and told them I live 20 minutes away and it was already late and didn't really want to drive all the way back there. I was told not to worry about it and the Manger would give me a call in the morning and take care of it. Got no call the next day so I decided to call them the day after I was told no one ever said they would refund or replace my order. So I asked to talked to the owner or the district Manger to which I was told she was. So I called the store in St robert and explained the situation to the Manger there which didn't get much further then the waynesville location. The 2nd time we went there we sat at the drive threw speaker for well over 5 minutes before being spoken to. Then at the window for another 15. The thing that put me over the edge is the fact I watched a employee there pick a foot long sub up off the floor that I watched her drop and put it back in the bread warmer and KEEP ON MAKING FOOD. I understand subway isn't fast food but 20 minutes is a bit ridiculous. I have attempted multiple time to get a hold of the owner. To address some of the complaints I have and got no were.
