Lousy service. Went to the Locker Room for dinner at 6pm. There were 9 people at the bar, 2 at a table and 2 bartenders. Made eye contact with both bartenders. Neither acknowledged that I was there. They continued to talk amongst themselves. Checked their phones. Served a couple of 'regulars' drinks. I waited 14 minutes with no service, then left. Will never return. It's a shame that people think they can run a restaurant business with no customer service.
Wings are amazing and worth the wait, but the service is VERY slow! They seem to have a lot of trouble keeping kitchen orders straight and are in no hurry to get them to you. Also, very bad business practice to collect a cover charge AFTER the bar is full! Cover charges should be clearly posted at the door and wrist bands or stamps for those who pay, not announced from the stage an hour before the band starts and then a bouncer comes around and collects from everyone he can find or you have to leave. Pretty sure that was on an episode of Bar Rescue as a big no no!
Absolutely sh*tty service, even long after dinner rush.
Terrible service all around. It took about 20 minutes to get our drinks ordered, wings took about 30 minutes and the check took 45 minutes to get and we were only asked if we needed more drinks once when the wings came. All around completely unprofessional and the servers simply ignore some customers completely.
Worst sports bar experience i've ever had. Nobody came to our table to serve us so we ordered at the bar. We asked them to change the channel on the tvs in the back to watch the playoff game about 3 times. We got our par wings after about an hour and a half. When my boyfriend asked about them the horrible beer slave nodded at him and walked away. I also witnessed her walk up to a table and ask if they ordered the salad she was holding, when they said no she got visibly upset and shouted "What the F***?!" The chairs are metal folding chairs and the booths are plywood. I don't know why anyone would like this place. It has no character, it is worse than an unfinished basement.
