The GM here is very sweet. I placed an online order via the Applebee's app and it didn't go through and she was very helpful and gave me a free drink while I waited. Great customer service from the upper management.
It took forever to receive our salads and when we did receive them they forgot to give us silverware we grabbed them from another empty table then we received our spinach artichoke dip the same time as our meal they failed to give the other two people at our table silverware at that time and one of us who ordered extra sauce not only did not receive extra sauce but received no sauce at all not to mention the waiter who was very rude I have been to an Applebee's in another area and have never reaceived as poor service there as I have here
After fighting with you guys the last few months over your boring, over-priced food and your inflexibility on letting me order fish a'la carte and bad service - I have found something better. Went into Captain D's. Their salmon is not only cooked better, it's cheaper, faster and they don't charge $4 for a pathetic little bowl of mac & cheese. You guys are over rated. Now that I know I can get better fish down the street without the hassle, I won't be back.

Ugh. I wanted to leave the moment I smelled the place but my husband wanted to stay. I'm assuming they were short staffed because there were 9 tables open for an extended period of time with so many people waiting that they we're spilling out the front door. The food was lousy, overdone and tasted like it had been out for a while before it was brought to us. The service was poor we had to ask repeatedly for napkins we never got plates with our appetizers. I'm not sure which was worse: the dead flies next to me or the one swirling around my head. I've never not left a tip before and I didn't object when my husband said he wasn't leaving one
