This is the worst fast food experience I ever had! The girl that looked like she might have been the manager on duty didn't say 1 word to me, handed me all 3 drinks at the same time with no drink tray, rolled her eyes when I asked for sauce and didn't give me any straws.I thought it was standard to ask the customer if they want sauce if they order chicken nuggets. Apparently not! People like that have absolutely no business working with the public!

Liked working at this burger king. I HOPE I GET A CHANCE TO WORK HER AGAIN

This is without a doubt the worst service I have ever received from a fast food restaurant, and believe me, I have the EXPERIENCE to say this. I have recently moved near the location of this Burger King and have went through the drive thru at least half a dozen times in the last 2 months and have been absolutely DISGUSTED with the service on every occasion. I don't know if the Management at this restaurant just stops giving a rip about running their restaurant after 10 pm, but without a doubt, every time I come to this Burger King after 10 pm, I wait in the drive thru line for at least 15 minutes, most of the time closer to 20-30, when there are NO OTHER CUSTOMERS in the drive-thru line or the lobby. The event that sticks out the most was about 2 weeks ago when I went through at 3:45 in the morning on my way to work. I ordered breakfast (it took the girl 4 TRIES to take me order, about 5-10 minutes for one guy's food) and then waited at LEAST 20 minutes at the window for my food. The manager working that night was extremely rude and shoved the food out the window at me. Upon examining my order, I noticed that she had forgotten a few items. However, as soon as she shoved the food out the window, she immediately took off out of the restaurant and went outside to smoke. After sitting at the window, beeping my horn a few times and knocking on the window, I finally decided to drive back around the store and through the drive-thru to get my order corrected. At this point I had been at Burger King for over 30 minutes. When the girl answered me at the speaker, I informed her that the order was wrong, that I had been waiting at the window to tell her this, and also complained at how long it had taken her to take AND deliver my order, and that I would like a discount on my food. She immediately copped a nasty attitude, said that she would NOT discount any food for me, that she would give me what she forgot, and that "if people would learn how to order their food clearly it wouldn't take me so long to put in orders, and I'm sorry that I'm not normally on nights and they MOVED me from days to nights!" I'm no fast-food whiz, but isn't the process of working at Burger King mostly the same, no matter WHAT time of day? Seriously. Avoid this restaurant at all costs. I have had OK service during the day, but ESPECIALLY at night, the waits are exhaustingly long, the staff is incredibly rude, and the food is sub-par. This burger king lost a lot of business, as I now drive across town to McDonald's when I need fast food. A big steaming turd of a restaurant.
