McDonald's

Worst mcDonalds I have ever been to! The staff just walks by any one who needs assistance and is too busy discussing their personal lives instead of dealing with the orders they have.On top of it I ordered two iced coffees with Carmel and did not receive any coffee in them just cream, ice and Carmel.

The best Mc Donald's I have ever been to!

The absolutely slowest and poorest run McDonalds that I have ever visited. The staff is ill prepared to handle normal traffic. It was 11:00 a full hour prior to the lunch crowd and they sucked then. This is a store that needs a management lesson from my local store in Grimes, IA they too had a problem and now can handle the double lane drive up and walk in traffic efficiently. Cashiers getting the fries and food prepared is not acceptable with 8 people in line just waiting to order. The owner should be ashamed of their performance and implement some changes before it gets worse.

Does not stand up to other McDonalds. I stood at the counter waiting for almost five minutes will at least four employees walked by without making eye contact. While I was waiting for my food I could hear the crew bickering from halfway across the dining room. There were no condiments available except for ketchup. I could not sweeten my tea without standing in line, and the sweet tea was empty as were the portion cups for ketchup. There was only one clean high chair available even though none were in use. Also, this McDonalds charges extra for things like shredded iceberg lettuce or one container of nugget sauce.

Heading North on I-35, we stopped at this Mickey-D's on our way back to Minnesota. With a toddler in tow I dreaded walking into a fast food place off the interstate imagining the place would be a wreck and the service would be lousy. WOW, was I pleasantly surprised! Maybe I'm just old and cynical, or perhaps my expectations have been driven to an all time low...but this place was such a breath of fresh air. The food was hot and served by FRIENDLY young faces. The dining room was clean with a young man racing around to clean tables ASAP. Our toddler still uses a booster chair/high chair. No need for this mom to pull out the lysol and start scrubbing. The high chair was immaculate and had a fresh bib, moist wipes and a small package of child cookies on it--ready to get things started for an anxious child waiting for their dinner to arrive at the table. I'm hard to impress...but I was. As I left I asked the cashiers if I could nab a couple more of those wet napkin packs. I was greeted immediately with a SMILE (which you almost never see from a teenager at a fast food place nowadays) and an enthusiastic "Sure!" Another helper grabbed a few, placed them in my hands and asked if I needed anything else. I left, totally stunned. It took me almost to the Minnesota border to realize why I was so shocked...that restaurant is what restaurants USED to be. Good food, Service, and Friendly people. Bravo, Cameron!!!
