I cant give negative stars,but I went to this store and ordered a three piece original white meal, and the chicken was half raw and they couldn't tell the difference between a breast and a thigh. A month later I tried it again on a Sunday...BIG MISTAKE!! I ordered a two piece white original meal and again I received a wing and thigh. The slaw was so runny I could literally drink ir. This was after waiting in line over a half hour before ever reaching the register. Others people's food was also screwed up with inaccurate orders . I have complained to the yum brands hotline twice and nothing was ever done to make it right. KFC no wonder Chick-fil- et is kicking your butt with half the stores you have ,closed on Sunday, and still making more money. You deserve to fail with customer service like this
Took several minutes to prepare. Forgot to give any sauces one time. Second time was horrible and a disaster: repeatedly asked to make sure everything we ordered was vegetarian- gave mexican pizza with beef, even the seven layer burrito was with beef!!! The liquid sauce was flowing out of box on top of mexican pizza. Worst ever experience at at Taco bell. What callous attitude, very very poor food preparation.
Well, I went through the drive through of this Taco Bell/KFC combo restaurant. I could barely hear the person taking my order, later to find out that she had laryngitis (sick people preparing food is no good). The crunch wrap supreme was good, the double down was tough but bearable, the grilled chicken burrito was absolutely disgusting, undercooked, and too much sauce, and the iced tea had a funky taste to it. I felt sick the rest of the day.
Awful service and food was horrible. Girl at counter acted like she had a million other things she could be doing. If there was a spot to put no stars that is what they would get.
It was the poorest experience i have e er had an i am 46. Food bad help even worse
