I listed the service and food as poor because those were my only options, but those aren't really the issues. This may have been a great place a couple of years ago, but it's definitely lacking today. The staff is great, very nice. The problem seems to be the management. They stopped brewing decaf over a year ago..I've never even heard of that happening at any other coffee shop. I know it's coffee, but there are actually people who drink decaf. They used to offer to do a pour over, but now they don't even do that. Unfortunately, they are also frequently out of the decaf espresso beans, so you can't even purchase that. Same story with the food...regardless of what time you arrive. Certain sandwiches, like the tomato mozzarella or the chicken sausage breakfast wrap are always out. At first I thought they weren't restocking inventory because they were going to close. I like having a Starbucks close to my house, but I'll just wait and go to the one close to my job. They have everything that is advertised on the menu.
Place ROCKS. Atmosphere is amazing with new lighting and other decorations. Always get the best mochas and americanos
Been there several times and it has always been a great experience. At one time this Starbucks was rated the 4th in the nation in costumer service and experience!!
Very friendly staff.
I have never had a bad cup of coffee here and the staff is always quick and very friendly. My favorite Starbucks to visit!!
